| Schober's 3rd Gen RFID Tag Inserter
Pre-printed labels (widths from 20 mm to 200 mm) can be applied at rates from 5,000 to 20,000 labels per hour, and an onboard RFID reader ensures the readability of each RFID tag. Additional features include a new tag dispenser with web tension relief, strategically places start/stop buttons, and an optional static discharge protection. bielomatik Smart Label Machine at CMM
Built on the same modular platform as bielomatik's high-end machines, the TLA 165 E will have the ability to accept rolls of blank or pre-printed labels and rolls of dry or pressure sensitive transponders in order to produce smart labels. With required high precision, a label is delaminated from its liner, a transponder is placed to register on the label liner, and the label is then re-laminated on top of the transponder/liner combination to create finished smart labels. As with all of bielomatik's RFID machines a "live function test" is performed with RFID readers to identify and mark defective labels prior to winding. Also offer from bielomatik is the "Qualifier," which automatically identifies and replaces defective labels, assuring the output of rolls with 100% functional labels.
