VeriChip Announces Intended Commencement of IPO VeriChip Corporation announces its intended commencement of a public offering of up to 4.3 million shares of the company's common stock. It is estimated that the price per stock will be between $6.50 and $8.50 per share, and the proposed sales to the public will commence around February 8. [more]
