Digital File Specifications:
All advertisements should be submitted in PDF format. Delivery via CD or DVD is preferred; email acceptable for files less than 10 MB. For information about sending files via FTP, please call (610) 623-2091.
File Preparation: Please refer to the following instructions and submit only compliant pdf files or your advertisement will be returned for correction. If we encounter a problem with your file, we will notify you. In some cases we may be are able to correct your advertisement at a cost of $85 per hour (publisher's discretion).
PDFs: PDF files should be output at a resolution of 2540 dpi/150 lpi (with all images having a resolution of 300 dpi). Creation of PDF/X-1a files is strongly recommended. PDF/X-1a is an ANSI/CGATS/ ISO standard for submitting files for offset printing. It is the most reliable way to ensure your ad will print as specified. For more information and Distiller settings,please visit www.ddap.org or www.pdf-x.com.
Dimensions: For full page ads, your page/paper size should be set up as 10.5" x 13". Bleed should extend off the page .125". Crop marks are always necessary and should be offset from trim by 9 points. Keep all live material .25" from edge of page.
Proofs: Please include a color proof for all four-color ads, or a laser print for black-and white ads.
PLEASE NOTE: Each advertisement is allowed one-quarter hour production time free of charge. Additional production charges will be incurred if alterations are necessary because of errors in size, type, color space, or file format. Charges are subject to a $85/hour rate, with a quarter-hour minimum.
Shipping Instructions
We prefer digital files to be uploaded using our web enabled upload site:

Under the first dropdown, choose RFID - ad folder.
Second button browse to the file or zipped folder you wish to send.
Third button - hit upload. Keep the browser open until you receive a message
saying the file hass successfully been sent. An automatic email will be sent
to the ad manager letting them know a file has arrived.
