START International's Electric Label Dispenser

START International announces its line of electric label dispensers called TheLabelDispenser(tm). Using durable photo sensors, it can increase speed and accuracy along production lines. To save time, it eliminates several steps in the manufacturing process by advancing labels, separating them from their lining, and positioning each label for the operator to remove. When the operator takes the label, a photo sensor detects that the label is missing, the spool is wound, and the following label is presented. The sensor and labels do not ever make contact with each other.

The line of TheLabelDispensor(tm) consists of 18 machines capable of dispensing labels ranging in sizes from 0.125" to 12" long and from 0.25" to 8" wide. Specifications can be customized by manipulating the adjustable photo sensor. Each of the machines eliminates label waste, therefore saving the user money.
